I live in a split-level home that connects the ground floor with the second floor by 2 sets of stairs.
• Both the upper and lower stairs are connected to a commonly shared landing (~110 cm x ~92 cm in area). Each stair has 7 steps to the landing—stair height is ~20 cm (140 cm total each flight of stairs). The approach to the lower stair is ~140 cm x 92 cm in area at ground level.
• Both stairs are equipped with handrails. Currently the widths between these handrails are 73cm on the lower stairway and 86 cm on the upper stairway.
QUESTIONS:
Would the XSTO X12 be able to ascend/descend these stairs without extensive modification of the stairway?
Can the XSTO X12 automatically climb these stairs without input by the operator?
Does XSTO have a distributor in/near Olympia, WA?
What happens if there is a mechanical/electronic issue with this device–can a substitute be provided pending repair?
